Deciding to construct or remodel your home can be both exciting and confusing. Lane Building strives to make the process easy and straight-forward while meeting your expectations. We will arrange an initial get acquainted meeting to establish that we truly understand your vision— so, please ask lots of questions.

Once you have decided to move forward with us, we will talk about budget, take measurements and discuss a time frame.  This will determine the scope of work which that will define the project. Once the scope of work is agreed upon, the design retainer phase begins. We will spend time together selecting the materials and fixtures and that will go into your project. The final design plans will be drawn, and you will meet your project manager and move forward into the construction phase.

A construction project, no matter the size, can be stressful. At Lane Building we do our best to keep your project stress-free while meeting your expectations—from the time we arrive (on time) until we clean up the site before we leave at night. Finally—please at any time—if you have questions or concerns, your project manager is your “go to guy,” day or night.
